Oldfield Ellis Associates is a growing recruitment consultancy based in central Kingston upon Thames, specialising in the recruitment of Internal Auditors and Risk Managers. As a graduate trainee you will be building upon an established database servicing both temporary and permanent positions within banking and financial services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining your own client portfolio, which will include meeting clients, advertising positions on your clients? behalf and interviewing candidates. To be considered for this position, you should be educated to degree level or equivalent, be well presented and possess a confident and persistent manner. Due to an excellent bonus structure and limitless earning potential, you should expect to increase your salary to at least £30,000 in your first year.
